Innovative glass granulate
 Starshine® is a patented technique by means of which glass granulates can be dyed in an entirely new and unique way. For this purpose, recycled glass cullet is coated with colouring pigments and sintered.
In subsequent processes, the glass granulate thus coloured can now be sintered into a pure carrierless Starshine® panel or on flat glass as a Starshine® Float product.
For both variants, any imaginable structure and hue can be produced by the selection of the grain size and the mixture of dyed glass granulate types.
 Environmental-friendly balance
Starshine® products use valuable materials made of recycled glass.
As the glass granulate processing temperatures are distinctly below the values normally required for melting processes, production costs, time and energy will be saved.
